Acacia Road is an extremely high quality, young, dynamic and modern covers band with the ability to entertain any audience with their energetic shows and wide range of musical genres. Acacia Road is made up of four members, three of whom are singers, two guitarists, bass, keys, drums, tambourine and melodica. The band's ability to combine a wide range of instruments with multiple vocal harmonies means they can play songs most covers bands are not able to to an extremely high standard!

Acacia Road have been together since the beginning of 2006 and all members have had many years experience playing in highly successful bands playing both original material and covers.

With a passion for music and live performance, not only will the band stage a powerful show of all your favourite songs, they'll even play the favourites you forgot about. From Rock to Funk, Pop to Soul and a few classics thrown in along the way, each show is tailor-made to meet your requirements.

Acacia Road is made up of the following Members:

Marc Fargeot - Vocals, Guitar, Keyboards
Marc spends most of his time engulfed in music, as the Managing Director of AT Music Group where he and his team teach many different aspects of music and run a recording studio. Marc has also had some success in the charts with his previous band VERO. Marc is a confident performer and never fails to entertain the crowds.

Simon Elms - Vocals, Guitar, Melodica
Simon is a trained singer and guitarist who has been playing in bands for over a decade, giving him a vast experience of live performance. His previous bands Include Floozie, Whitespace and Icky Rococo, and he has also performed as a solo artist. Simon is a vibrant performer who is at home when rocking out with this band.

Richard Bennett - Bass, Backing Vocals
Previous bands include Flask, Whitespace, Icky Rococo and Richard has been gigging all over the country playing Bass with numerous live bands for over 10 years. Richard is also a great Backing singer with a voice that compliments Marc and Simon’s Lead Vocals perfectly.

Paul Davidson - Drums
Paul is the youngest and smallest of the Acacia's and also has a strong background in playing live and recording in previous bands such as Super Q, Longstomps, The Library Suits. 

Acacia Road - Additional Information

Acacia Road are happy to play music via a laptop before, in between and after their sets. Or, if you would prefer, the guys are happy to allow an iPod or Laptop of your own to be run via their PA - all included in the price.

In addition, Acaia Road are happy to do special requests as long as they are given enough notice.

I worked with Acacia Road last September on a live project incorporating the band and various students of Marc Fargeot. The evening ran extremely smoothly without a hitch and on schedule to the minute, the band were extremely professional, well rehearsed and competent as musicians, their repertoire was very family friendly and lively, a good mix of songs to please any audience. I even have a copy of the gig in my personal music collection as their take on some of the songs was very good. Acacia Road are accomplished musicians who play cover songs to an extremely high standard but more importantly they have their feet on the ground and are extremely professional, courteous and polite to both audiences and sound crew alike. A complete pleasure working with them.
