Amazing Norvil & Josephine is an unparalleled act featuring a fresh and lighthearted cocktail of magic, accented by spots of acrobatics and singing as this Magic Circle magician joins forces with his acrobat and dancer sidekick. Much more than great magic, also featured in this show are feats of acrobatic skill as the assistant performs her comical contortions while serenaded by the magician's striking baritone singing voice.
The award winning magic they perform can include the assistant being sawed in half, a table being made to float above the stage, and as a finale the two performers - in spite of impossible chains, locks and confinement - change places in mere seconds. All this and much more is performed with their inimitable panache. The act can be adjusted, sized up or down, to suit your venue and needs. Watch the video to see them in action.
Amazing Norvil & Josephine perform regularly around the world in numerous productions and as solo performers in magic, singing, acrobatics and dance.
The act has been presented to great acclaim for audiences of thousands and recent UK public appearances include shows at the Hackney Empire, Leeds City Varieties Theatre and Newbury Corn Exchange as well as for major corporates throughout the UK. It's truly a magical and entertaining performance unlike any other.

How much does it cost?
Prices provided are rough estimates only. Cargo and accommodation costs are not included as they are not always necessary. Quotes for this act have many variables so please enquire with Warble to get a quote specific to your needs and event location.
Do we need a stage to do this act?
No - any level clear surface like a dance floor also works well.
How much room do you need to perform?
A clear performance space (i.e. area that has nothing sitting on it other than props for this show) must be a minimum of 6 metres wide and 4 metres deep is required. For ease of viewing, it is preferable for the audience to be seated to the front or front sides of the stage.
How much time do you need to set up and load in?
Access to the venue 3 hours before audience arrives in the performance area. During this time we build our equipment and conduct a technical rehearsal with crew. For set up, we require a space with at least 3 x 3 square metres of floor space that is clear to build the props, near to the stage.
Are there other stage and audience tips?
· Ceiling height above stage floor at least 3 metres
· All catering service should be suspended during the performance
What about rehearsal for lighting and sound:
It is essential that 60 minutes of technical rehearsal be booked with the lighting and sound crew, to begin no less than 90 minutes before audience enters performance space.
What do we do about lighting?
· Performance area to be well lit
How about sound?
· Microphones (x 1 or x 2 - depending on which verson of the act):
First choice: lapel microphones that are of high enough quality for singing
Second Choice: lavalier style ‘invisible’ wireless ear mic, such as Alpha Sound & Lighting Co’s Lavalier Mic Ear Loop
Are there other facilities that need to be provided?
• Warm dressing room with mirror
• Warm running water preferably in the dressing room or immediately accessible
Can they do outdoor performances?
This is ideally an indoor show but in some cases it can be performed outside. In the case of rain, the performance will not be possible however the full fee is still payable. In windy conditions, some parts of the show may have to be cut.
