This really is a truly authentic Blues Brothers Tribute, featuring the original dance routines and incorporating many new ideas.

Robert “Elwood” Blues: Will power out the songs from the two movies with ease.

Dave “Jake” Blues: A dancing, whirling dervish ladies man who like tonight’s gravy gets everywhere!

This Jake & Elwood are encased in a 15ft American Flag Backdrop, Side Flags and Banner, Police Lights, Stage Lighting and an awesome array of stage props that sets the scene and atmosphere before the show has even begun.

The Birmingham Blues Brothers performed at The British Club Bahrain on 7th October 2004. The show was one of the best seen in Bahrain in a very long time. The guys were totally professional at all times and delivered not only an excellently put together show, but were also extremely entertaining. The entire audience participated in their show and their performance made the entire night very special and very memorable. Having booked many acts from the UK, The Birmingham Blues Brothers put in so much more effort and personality than any other performance I have seen. The Birmingham Blues Brothers have clearly given more thought and practiced a good deal more than most of those spoofing the now legendary film characters. The dance routines are slick, the singing sharp, and their timing was pretty much spot-on, the result being a guaranteed crowd-pleaser given the right type of venues. When they ask for audience participation, you would predict this act would have to fight audience members off with a stick.

The Brimingham Blues Brothers certainly didn’t hail from Brum in Alabama judging from their West Midlands Accents. This Jake and Elwood were more humourous and polished than many similar acts I have seen lately. Loved the stunt with the chair guys- brilliant! Energetic, and thoroughly entertaining. Anyone looking for a Blues Brothers act really should look no further in my view.
