Ceilidh Experience

The Ceilidh Experience was originally formed in 2002 when established musicians Norman Mackay and Carrie Thomas started gigging as an accordion/ fiddle duo.

The band now performs at ceilidhs all over the country from weddings, festivals and functions to their biggest crowd in June 2005 when they played for 5000 dancers on Edinburgh's meadows breaking the world record for the biggest ever eightsome reel!

The musicians who regularly feature in the current line up are Norman Mackay on accordion, Emma Pethybridge and/ or Carrie Thomas on fiddles and Richard Corral on Drums.
