Dave Jay - "the comedian with balls!
Dave has thrown things around on some of the world’s finest cruise liners, corporate events, theatres, business conferences, awards nights, comedy clubs and weddings.
His "new vaudeville" show truly brings the tradition of comedy speciality into the 21st Century and is clearly one of the country’s top visual comedy performers available as a headlining or supporting act suitable for an audience of any age.
His show is a host of technically difficult juggling routines delivered with his infectious brand of naturally funny ‘stand up’ comedy and throw away gags as well as some classic power of suggestion with his audience!
“Entertained brilliantly with both skill and patter, a very funny man indeed…” The Stage
Dave burst onto the comedy specialty scene in 1995 when he first appeared at the Warner Hotel Gunton Hall. From then on he groomed his act touring the UK's holiday and club circuit.
He has since appeared at many of Thomson's flagship 'Gold' hotels in Europe as well as on some of the world's finest cruise liners for P&O, Thomson and Airtours.
He has also toured British Army Bases and was guest comedy speciality performer at the West End's Cockney Cabaret Show for 8 weeks.
His comedy acting talent was discovered for TV when he landed the leading role in a 13 episode comedy for the BBC - Digital Rebels.
Dave has since thrown things around at many corporate events, theatres, conferences, awards nights, comedy clubs and weddings.

Where else would you find plate spinning without plates, the hilarious cannon ball neck catch, nauseating egg eating or a defenceless toy sacrificed in every show whilst juggling an axe, machete and sickle!
Two members of the audience join him on stage to brilliantly mime routines from the movies Chariots of Fire and The Full Monty. A classic bit of comedy business and power of suggestion!
His show stopping tennis racquet finale performed to the mesmerising jazz piece ‘Unsquare Dance’ has won him many accolades.
If you're looking for an alternative to an ordinary stand up comedian and guaranteed to get an audience laughing out loud - then look no further...
