DJ Toby is a 30 year old professional wedding DJ and entertainment coordinator based in Hampshire. Toby provides services across the south coast and further depending on the function.

On the day:

After a long emotional event the evenings entertainment is a time in which you can relax and let your hair down. Toby will coordinate your evening the way you want it so you and your guests can party the night away in style!

Toby often gets asked "what music will you play". This is down to what you and your guests want, so unless there is a bespoke theme Toby normally adapts on the night. You supply a track list of 30 tracks and Toby will also take requests on the night.

It's your event - do it your way!

Toby can cope with any music genre, nationality and venue, so if you have any special ideas then he is more than willing to work with you and make sure that your day is how you want it to be. Toby also offers a range of optional extras and complete room theme ideas, including an all day service in which you receive free LED uplighting, ceremony music, all day background music, external / additional PA, wireless mics, projector hire and more!

What can Toby bring to your function?

Every event is different and Toby will work with you to deliver a service that you and your guests will remember forever. Toby has worked at all sorts of events so has lots of experience and will have a variety of ideas to suit your requirements.

Music:

Toby is very proud of being able to pack out a dance floor and make it look easy. With ages from 10 year olds to 90 year olds DJ Toby will make sure every musical taste is accounted for.

It's your party and it is important to Toby that you are having the best day so he will match your musical tastes with your guests and deliver a show to remember forever!

Co-ordination & Master of Ceremonies:

Your day will fly by! It is reassuring that you have a dedicated professional on site to make sure your wedding runs to plan.

Toby's role of as a master of ceremonies and event coordinator is quite a simple one but highly effective at making sure key parts of your day are undertaken at the right time and in the right manner. It usually starts at the ceremony and will run through the day until the end of the evening.

Audio Visual:

Toby provides a range of audio visual services to suit your needs.

Such services include projectors, LED uplighting, additional sound etc. The all day option includes all of these three services free of charge.

Optional Extras:

There is also a complete range of options extras available so you can create that "wow" factor at your event. You can also mix and match them to suit your needs.

Starlit dance floors, LED uplighting, Starlit backdrops, External lighting, Additional sound, Projectors/screens etc etc .....

Toby can provide and have a knowlege of all forms of music. This may include Dance music, Indie, classics, Latin/Spanish, relaxed summer music, strict tempo etc......

In most of Toby's functions it really depends what you and your guests want as every event is different.

Toby will mix all tracks (if necessary) in a professional manner.

I want something different - can you help?

No problems! I have done all sorts of events such as arabic weddings, nightclub weddings, pool party weddings, heavy rock weddings, handfastings - you name it!

How much do you charge?

For an accurate price for your wedding please contact me and we can work out what you want, where it is and how long you need me. For the service you receive you will find I am very reasonably priced.

How long will it take to set up?

20-30 min's (without uplighting) - I have spent years perfecting this because weddings can often over run so it's important to be able to get in to your venue and set up in as little time as possible.

What type of music will you play?

It's up to you what you and your guests want on the day. I rarely pre prepare any sets and tend to judge the crowd and take requests and that makes my performance more spontaneous.

Do you take requests?

Yes. No problems. You can also supply a track listing.

How far do you travel?

Generally anywhere in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Sussex. It depends on the event. For larger weddings I will travel anywhere in the UK and abroad.

Will you turn up?

Of course! I am always early too. Our booking is confirmed in a contract.

How far in advance shall I book?

As soon as possible as I often get booked up far in advance. The main thing is to pay the booking fee as that confirms the date.
