The Fool Fighters were formed late in 2007 and were brought together because of the bands love of the music of the Foos.

An evening with the Fool Fighters would include, either 2 x 45 minute sets, or 1 x 90 minute straight through.

The Fool Fighters were formed late in 2007 from member of two of Kent’s finest Original bands. Sy (Tortilla Army) joined forces with Justin and Tony, and Louis (Breed) to put together what is definitely the best sound-alike / lookalike Foo Fighters Tribute act in the UK.
Bought together by the love of the music of the Foos, the Fool Fighters have already started creating a buzz and gained notoriety based on the sheer pedigree of the musicians involved, and the amazing response from the first few gigs. Booking requests have already started coming in from all over the UK.
The band do play all of the singles, but rather than playing the songs exactly like the record, they do all the same extra bits and nuances, including sing-along parts, added by the Foos when performing them live, thus creating a true Foo Fighters live experience. The guys pride themselves on the accuracy of their sound, and the super-tightness of their set.
An evening with the Fool Fighters would include, either 2 x 45 min sets, or 1 x hour and a half straight through.
Authentic Foo Fighters instruments, and clothes are used by the band and the Fool Fighters Dave Grohl bears such a striking resemblance to the man himself that a recent live review in Street Voice magazine read:
'The Fool Fighters are a Foo Fighters tribute band. I had to look twice at the vocalist, as when I saw him in the bar, before the show, as I thought it actually was Dave Grohl!!'
On board with the band is a 3k Mackie PA rig, and full lighting set up with sound man if required.

The Fool Fighters are a Foo Fighters tribute band and despite this being their first gig they won over both the young and old crowd who were there to witness some quality musicianship. Eli had to look twice at the vocalist as when he first saw him thought it was Dave Grohl!! These will be another crowd winner who will no doubt pack out venues as they do more gigs together.

Fool Fighters were......... INCREDIBLE!!! Having seen the real thing several times, I have to say that, I have never seen such an amazing tribute band. Great Dave Grohl lookalike (Yum). The crowd in the Sheep Dip tent were right up for it too. I was down near the front, and my ears are still ringing from the sing-along’s!! Definitely the highlight of a great weekend for me.

As a rule I'm not a huge fan of tribute bands but the Fool Fighters like other tribute bands such as 'All Mod Cons' and the 'Jimmy Hendrix Experience' are in a league of their own and it was awesome to see the whole venue banging last night. £4 advance was certainly worth paying to see musicians of this calibre tear the place apart. Certainly one of the best gigs I've seen down the West Coast this year.
