Hi Matt, My apologies for not replying sooner but we only got back from honeymoon early this morning. I'm over the moon to be able to give feedback about "Friends of the Bride" as they are a fabulous set of guys and really helped make our wedding reception! I'd be very grateful if you could pass my personal thanks onto them. I also promised I'd pass along any photos I come across of them and will do so as and when I get these back from photographer. Please feel free to use any of my comments for testimonials etc. I can't tell you what a fantastic evening we had! The band totally threw themselves into their set and seemed to enjoy themselves as much as we did. The dance floor was bouncing all evening and (although I'm probably biased!) it was without doubt the best wedding reception I've been to!! I honestly don't think there was a single moment when the dance floor wasn't full and the atmosphere was fantastic. We've had a deluge of comments from family and friends and they seemed to appeal right across the spectrum. They finished to huge cheers and chants of "we want more" to which they very kindly obliged. I'm not sure how long their second set was but I have a feeling it was quite a bit longer than 60 minutes!! I wish them all the best of luck for their future and will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a band.

Many thanks to you all. Warble were always very quick to respond to our queries and very helpful during the booking process, clearly answering all our questions. The band was brilliant at meeting all our difficult demands - keeping themselves a surprise, right till the last moment and doing the normal 10 min sound check in a 30 second grand entrance! The band was awesome! The dance floor was packed all night - youngens and oldies, all creating some seriously crazy shapes. So many people commented on how great the band was and what fantastic musicians they were (and they had a tough audience!). The band were also really friendly and so flexible on the night. We had the best Wedding Reception we could have hoped for, in the main due to FOTB! Fantastic set, professionally played. They were exceptionally accommodating with our first dance and kids music initially and their sets were crowd pleasers! Any further queries I had were answered and dealt with immediately putting my mind at rest before the big day. The Wedding Package
Because Friends of the Bride realise that every Wedding is different they are happy to build a bespoke package just for you. This has proven extremely popular with many couples and could include:
• Earlier Set-Up - to avoid disturbing the ambience if everything is taking place in the same room
• Late Finish - whilst most venues are licensed until midnight, Friends of the Bride realise that some are fine to continue the celebrations until 1am or 2am.
• First Dance - wherever possible, Friends of the Bride will learn your first dance song providing enough prior notice is given and the song is within the style of the band. If this is not possible the band will be happy to play your first dance via their PA / DJ equipment
• DJ service - to help minimise costs Friends of the Bride are able to provide a DJ option (with PA and lighting) to ensure that when they aren't performing the party will carry on! This means that requests can be taken from the song choices that the guys will have available
Please Note: As standard, and at no extra fee, Friends of the Bride will provide party music before, in between and after their performances.
As standard Friends of the Bride perform 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute live sets.
Because Friends of the Bride want you to have the whole night's entertainment sorted when you hire them, the band offers a FREE DJ option that runs when the band are not performing.
The DJ option is performed by a member of the group operating a laptop with the most current DJ mixing software and party classics on hand to keep the party jumping! The benefits of this service are that your guests are able to make requests for the DJ to play, and with the DJ being a member of the band and sharing their equipment, the space utilised at the venue is kept to a minimum... and so looks very tidy.
