Geoff started the guitar at the age of 11, and began making a living entirely from his music at the age of 18 whilst travelling all over Europe as a street musician for 2 years.

Geoff is based in Sussex and makes a career through his music, playing concerts and recitals as well as providing beautiful music, both gentle and entertaining for Corporate Functions and Weddings.

Geoff started the guitar at the age of 11, and began making a living entirely from his music at the age of 18 whilst travelling all over Europe as a street musician for 2 years.

He studied classical guitar under Paul Gregory (winner of the International Segovia Prize), and has had tuition from Gilbert Biberian, Gary Ryan, Roberto Aussell and Roland Dyans.

He also has a diploma in Jazz, has studied with acoustic guitarist Eric Roche and has released 2 classical solo CDs. His next recording will be released in 2006 and features Geoff's own compositions for solo guitar.

Geoff has played concerts in the International Guitar Festivals of Great Britain, Nottingham and Lewes, performed with the legendary Herbie Flowers and supported many international touring acts including Eduardo Niebla, Clive Carroll, Tony McManus and Tony Cox (South Africa).

He has performed as a soloist with The Bath Concertina Orchestra and enjoys regular concerts at festivals including Glastonbury, Edinburgh, Bath and Brighton where his shows are always a sell out. Additionally, he has given concerts in Ireland and Switzerland.

I just wanted to thank you so much for your performances at Catherine & Will's wedding on Saturday - I was so sorry not to thank you personally and to have missed your departure, but I understand that Catherine & Will saw you and thanked you. Your playing was perfect and I was personally very grateful for your beautiful playing, particularly before the ceremony whilst waiting for Catherine! The pieces we all eventually chose created just the right atmosphere, and many of our guests of all ages commented upon your playing and how much they had enjoyed it. Geoff has played for The Princess Royal at the Opening of the Dome Theatre complex in Brighton, 100s of weddings and corporate events including a press launch for Rolls Royce, The National Trust, BT, Debenhams, TGW Union.

Geoff can play at wedding ceremonies and/or receptions and has a range of small to large systems for different sized events. He also has a battery powered amplifier for outdoor events.

Geoff's standard booking is 2 hours with a 10 minute break, but he can play for 3 hours with 3 x 10 minute breaks.
