Glenn Plays Flamenco Guitar

Playing a mixture of improvised flamenco and traditional Spanish guitar, perfect for themed events or background ambience, Glenn performs regularly as a solo player in bars, restaurants and at private functions.

Glenn is a professional flamenco and Spanish guitarist based in Manchester. He has performed numerous solo shows and his work has appeared on many recordings. He has studied with some of the leading guitar teachers including Juan Martin (UK) and Francisco Morales (Seville), and has performed with many world music artists including Nitin Sawhney and Aref Durvesh.

Bringing passion and flair to his music Glenn combines traditional falsetas with his own technically excellent improvisations. He is the guitarist for Corral Flamenco, with La Cartagenera (baile), Chico Pere (cante) and Pepe El Leon (cajon) and for flamenco dance troupe Candela. Working as a professional session guitarist in and around Manchester, Glenn is also currently working on his debut solo album.
