Rich the Caricaturist recently visited our school during our Art Week. Rich confidently delivered a whole school assembly which gave the staff and children an opportunity to learn about being a Caricaturist. The children enjoyed looking at different examples of Rich's work. Throughout the rest of the day Rich went to each of the classes throughout the school and ran a half an hour workshop. The workshops were productive and well paced. The children had an opportunity to learn how to do a simple caricature using a step by step approach, and all produced their own cariacature to take home. Most importantly the children enjoyed the visit and had an opportunity to develop new skills. I would certainly recommend to any other schools looking at improving the children's awareness of different forms of Art.

Rich studied animation at college and trained with a Disney animator to develop his sharp and hilarious caricature skills. He discovered caricaturing after a wedding couple asked him to create some invitation cards bearing their faces. Rich knew he was on to something when all the guests started commenting on how much this had livened up the wedding.

Rich can draw restrained or outrageous caricatures at yours or your guests request. Although traditional caricatures can focus on certain larger than life features Rich aims to flatter your guests and if you look at the images and the video you will see that his flattering caricature style always delivers a smile! Most people however are excited to have their caricature drawn and treasure the memento they received as a result of attending your special day.

• Available to hire by the hour starting with 2 hours minimum recommended.
• After the first two hours each hour is available at a discount price.
• Four hours is usually the maximum performance time. However, extended trade show and product launch pricing amongst other promotional activities is available.
