Born and raised in the sunny seaside town of Brighton, The Brighton Beatles have been bringing the love to the UK since early 2010. With their attention to detail, authenticity and impressive knowledge on all things Beatles, the boys never fail to impress even the most informed Beatles fan.
The Brighton Beatles capture the excitement of the early rock ‘n’ roll days through to the classic sing-along anthems of The Beatles’ final years. From Please Please Me to Let It Be, no album has been left out of their hit-packed show. They will take you on a musical journey through the songs and let you experience the sights and sounds of what it would have been like to see the fab four live onstage.
The first part of the show will see the band playing songs from the albums, ’Please Please Me’, ‘With The Beatles’, ‘Hard Day’s Night’ and of course the one in colour….. ’Help!’.
The raw energy from the early Cavern Club gigs shines through with those classic rockin’ hits, ’Roll Over Beethoven’, ‘I Saw Her Standing There’ and ’Please Mr Postman’. Let yourself soak up the madness and excitement from Shea Stadium with classic tunes, ’I Feel Fine’, ‘Hard Days Night’ and ’Can’t Buy Me Love’.
The second act sees the band transform into the iconic clothes The Beatles’ wore during the later era. John’s famous white suit, Harrison’s mad day out attire and even Ringo’s red mac all get donned to heighten the experience and performance. Songs that never got to be played live get the treatment, ’Come Together’, ‘Back In The USSR’ and ’Something’, are just a taste of what’s in store.
The Brighton Beatles mix their set-lists with the more popular, well known and loved hits but they also throw in a few obscure tunes for the Beatle fanatic in the crowd. No album or B-Side is left unturned and no gig is ever the same, with new songs being added frequently you’ll never get the same show twice. THE SHOW - The band treat every gig individually and will design the show specifically to each client’s requests, venue or timeframe. They can create a custom setlist based on your favorite songs and have a variety of costumes as worn by the fab four to give you an authentic Beatles show.
A typical show is 2 x 45 min sets with a costume change and there’s always shouts for an encore at the end of the night! The band can play longer/shorter sets depending on your needs and they also have a longer show featuring 3 costume changes, this lasts around 2 hours. The band have a piano player, their very own Billy Preston who joins them regularly to really give those post ‘Revolver’ songs the authenticity and sounds you expect to hear.
The boys have crafted the show after months of rehearsals and studying hours of vintage footage to realistically recreate a typical Beatles concert. Experience the sights, sounds and screams and get back for one night!
THE SONGS - The Brighton Beatles play all of the classic hits you would expect but there are also a few hidden rarities thrown in for extreme fans. All music is played and sung live onstage trying to recreate the original recordings. The boys mix up the setlists so each show is different and you lovely audiences get to hear new songs every gig.

DO WE JUST PLAY BEATLES SONGS? This gets asked a lot! The Brighton Beatles are a Beatles tribute band, the show is designed to take you through the music in chronological order (give or take) so yes, the music is predominantly the music of The Beatles. However, even the fab four started out playing covers of their musical heroes, Chuck Berry, Little Richard and Carl Perkins, so expect some well known rockin’ golden oldies in the show.
WEDDINGS, CORPORATE FUNCTIONS, PRIVATE PARTIES? The band have spent 3 years creating a show designed for many different venues and audiences. No show is the same and the boys are more than happy to discuss your event. They will supply a PA system and can play background music before, during the interval and after the show if needed, your very own 60′s DJ!
