The quartet met in 2001 at Leeds College of Music. Developing from this point they have grown together into a vibrant young ensemble. The Lancashire String Quartet now play for weddings and functions throughout the northwest, alongside other projects.

The Lancashire String Quartet also offers a String Duo, featuring Cello and Violin. Fees for both ensembles are as follows:
