The Manchester String Quartet

The Manchester String Quartet is a Manchester based group who provide beautiful music for weddings and corporate events.

The string quartet performs throughout Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside.

They are highly experienced and currently play at over fifty weddings per year in the North West. Previous performances have included wedding covers for Hello magazine and the film premiere of Pride and Prejudice covered by GMTV.

The Manchester String Quartet has performed at various corporate events around the United Kingdom including the opening of the Hilton Hotel in Manchester.

Ceremony: The string quartet can perform a selection of well know classical pieces while guests arrive. A specially chosen piece of music will be played for the entrance of the bride.

During the signing of the register the string quartet can again keep the wedding guests entertained with some appropriate background music.

A lively piece for the exit of the bride and groom concludes the wedding ceremony. 
 
Drinks Reception: The string quartet will play a range of music to entertain the guests ranging from well known classical pieces to arrangements of Frank Sinatra songs. 

Wedding Breakfast: The quartet has a selection of both light classical and popular music as shown on their repertoire list (see below).
