Our standard line up is based on a 4-piece band however we can expand this up to a 10-piece band if space and budget allow. Please contact us for more information or to see a video of the band performing with added musicians.

§  Keyboard player – Adding a keyboard player really adds to our show! This allows our leading lady Ashley to come out from behind the keyboards and give a show stopping performance. It also gives the whole band a fuller more melodic and true to the record sound whilst broadening our current repertoire!

§  Guitarist - adding an extra guitarist enables us to broaden our repertoire and create a bigger more professional and fine tuned sound, great for those rock lovers!

§  Percussionist – this is one of our best high tech pieces of equipment. We use a Roland Percussion Pad, which allows us to create a number of different sounds which can add to the authenticity of modern and old songs alike.

§  Backing vocalists - We have access to several fantastic male and female singers that bring beautiful harmonies into the strong vocal section. It looks and sounds great to have a few front people and really lends it’s self to our Pop, Soul and Motown numbers! We had a great experience using Warble Entertainment. Tracey was prompt from the outset - responding you our initial enquiry and once we decided to book The Mirror Tones, was very helpful in arranging all the details. The Mirror Tones were in fact even better live than we had heard through the Warble website!!! They were all amazing and our family and friends loved them. They had made such an effort to learn our first dance song and the choice of music for the evening was perfectly suited to us and our guests! It was just a shame we couldn't have them play for longer! Unfortunately they had managed to damage their snare drum in transit on the way to the venue, so were not able to start when we had expected. However, they somehow managed to arrange a replacement. Despite the difficulties they had, they managed to get the show back on the road and played through the entire set with only a 5 minute break to compensate for the lost time. They made our evening so special - the guests hardly realised there was any delay or technical issues. We would recommend them and hopefully get to hear them again when we have another excuse to celebrate! Thank you, Meena & Gareth

What information do you need in order to give me a quote for my event?
We will need:
 Your name and the name of your partner (if applicable)
The date of your event (including the year)
The type of event
and any extra requirements you may need
 
Can I get a quote with a break down of costs and expenses?
Yes! The Mirror Tones provide a unique package system that ensures all of our quotes are fair and equal. However if these guidelines do not suit your event the quotes may vary depending on any additions or changes you wish to make.
 
I would like to see The Mirror Tones perform before my event. Is this possible?
Yes. Most of our performances are private events however we do have several gigs a year that are open to the public. If these dates do not suit you, we can always invite you to our studio in north London for a private viewing.
 
Is the band able to perform outside?
Yes, provided there is a suitable shelter, and at least one electric socket. 
 
We would really like The Mirror Tones to play our favourite song however; it is not on the current set list. Can the band learn requests?
Yes. Unlike many bands we do not charge an extra fee for this as we feel your event should be as personal and memorable as possible at a standard fee.
Different packages will entitle you to a different number of requests.
 
Can we take photos and videos of the band?
Yes, we are happy for you to do this. It is always nice to see the photos afterwards so we'd love it if you could email us some pic’s of the evening! We would appreciate it however, if no footage was placed on YouTube or anything equivalent. We take a lot of time preparing our official promo and would like to ensure that our clients see this when they search for us online.

Can we use the bands microphone for speeches at our event?
Yes, but we ask that this is arranged prior to the event.

Our venue has informed us that the band must have public liability insurance and PAT tested equipment, can this be accommodated?
Yes, all of our musicians are covered individually and all of our equipment is PAT tested annually. We are more than happy to forward these documents over to your venue.

Do you require a deposit in advance?
We require a 20% deposit to officially secure your booking.

How far do you travel?
We are more than happy to travel all over the UK and worldwide if requested.

How far in advance should I book the band?
We advise our clients to book as soon as they are sure that we are the right band for their event. We get booked up fairly quickly so the quicker you book the better.

How much space does the band need?
The Mirror Tones require a minimum of 3 x 3 meters however we are comfortable in 4x5 meters. If space is an issue we can always perform as a duo or trio.

We have been informed that there is a sound limiter at the venue. Will this interfere with your performance?
The majority of sound limiters are not a problem however is it advised that you check the decibel rate with the venue to make sure.

What is the case if one of your musicians can't perform due to illness or other reasons?

This is extremely rare however; if this situation occurs we have a good network of professional musicians to step in and take their place. This will not interfere with our performance.

What is the instrumentation of the band?
Our 4-piece band consists of:

I would like to book The Mirror Tones for an event where lots of different age groups will be present (from young children to elderly relatives). Will the music suit everyone?
Yes we play a wide range of styles and genres to appeal to all members of the party. We design our set lists to appeal to all age groups.

Do you provide pre-recorded music In between your sets?
Yes we do! We have a great mixture of pre-recorded music however, if you wish to create your own play lists we can set this up through our PA for you.

Can the honeymooners provide pre-recorded music throughout out our dinner service?
Yes we can! However this may be at an additional fee if our arrival time needs to be altered.
