Hi Charlotte, Wonderful, stress free, classic entertainment! A lovely evening.
Ginny Wigan, Wedding
Anna's mum here, we had a couple of brief words at Bryn Howel on Friday, but I did just want to thank you again for the lovely music you provided before and during the meal. So many people commented on it, how just right it all felt, and how very nice it was to have the harp music in the background. You played some lovely pieces and one or two that Anna herself plays with her sister Sally, who was one of the bridesmaids. Anna didn't miss a note when you were playing, it really helped to lift her to another serene level if such a thing was possible on such a happy day! As you probably know Anna herself is a flautist and Sally is a pianist (just about to start her Masters at the RCM in London) and Sally has arranged several things including the Ashokan Farewell for the girls to play with another flute, piano and Celllo to great effect. So they were both very glad to hear that.
Anyway, thank you again!

I really cannot close my Wedding Files without writing to you for the part you played at Emma and Marc's Wedding. The sound of the harp was just too perfect wafting across the garden on such an idyllic afternoon. It was dreadfully missed whenever you stopped playing and our guests were very compelled. My father has asked for a copy of the photograph that was taken of you. It had also the wonderful effect of calming us after such a fraught journey to church as poor Emma was Thirty minutes late because of the car. In fact, considering that asking you to play was a relatively last minute idea I cannot imagine what it would have been like without you. Picnics in the garden will never be the same again I'm sure the music will always be here. And it was lovely to meet you at last. Thank you so very much.

Many thanks for your musical performance at my daughter's wedding at Saughton Hall on the 2nd of January 2010. Hannah and Jon were delighted with the whole day especially the beautiful wedding ceremony which your music played a very important part.
Chris and Gwyn Cartwright, Wedding
Just a quick note to thank you for playing your harp at our wedding on March 25th. There were so many comments on your playing. Everyone thought it was lovely, including us. We had a smashing day and would like to thank you again for the part you played.
The harp provides a perfect atmosphere for your wedding. At a civil or Church wedding ceremony, music can be provided on the arrival of the guests, the entrance of the bride, the signing of the register and the exit of the couple.
Background music can then be provided for the drinks reception and / or the wedding breakfast.
A few weeks before your Wedding, The North Wales Harpist will invite you to her home. You can then, if you wish, hear and then choose from the several different options that she could play during Entrance of the Bride, Signing the Register and Exit of the happy couple.
She has played at Civil and Church Weddings for 17 years and due to this wealth of experience she can guide and recommend pieces of music that work well for the occasion. Some couples just leave the choice of music to The North Wales Harpist.
