Upper Ground is a 5 piece live band made up of Lead Female Vocals and 2 Male Backing / Lead Vocals, Drums, Bass Guitar, Keyboards, and Guitar.

The band is truly an international act consisting of musicians from Brazil and the UK. This factor gives them the ability to play a truly authentic mix of South American music and classic pop tracks.

Upper Ground have performed live at summer balls, corporate events, award ceremonies, private functions, weddings, and are able to cater for any event where live music is required.

Upper Ground’s members have experience playing in professional bands abroad and in the UK.

Separately, they have performed for Royalty, on TV and radio, and at festivals... plus, numerous corporate and private functions at distinguished venues such as, The Grosvenor House (The Great Room), The Dorchester, London Docklands Arena and Blenheim Palace.

Upper Ground will always dress to suit the occasion, taking pride in how they look on and off stage.

The band is happy to provide extravagant clothing to suit your event or perform in black tie for formal corporate events.

Upper Ground is also happy to accommodate first dances and provide background music before the show and during the breaks.

Furthermore, Upper Ground is able to augment their line-up, for example, by adding a brass section, or, diminish it to a 3 or 4 piece band.

They are a self-contained unit providing professional lighting and sound and are also able to provide a professional and experienced DJ. If you need it, chances are Upper Ground can do it!
