From the Charleston and Puttin' On The Ritz of the 1920s through to swing hits of the 1930s, the band's infectious beat is guaranteed to get you dancing with style, sophistication and ultimately, enjoyment.

The Vintage Silk Dance Band offer many line up variations in order to accommodate smaller venue sizes, budgets and events.

12 Piece (Lead Vocal, Violin, Trumpet (2), Trombone, Sax (3), Piano, Bass, Guitar, Drums)
11 Piece (Lead Vocal or Violin, Trumpet (2), Trombone, Sax (3), Piano, Bass, Guitar, Drums)

All bands include Vocals, but with the 11 and 12 piece bands a Lead Vocalist fronts the band.

The band also offers smaller line ups for background music. For example, a 3-piece or 4-piece band are perfect combinations for music over dinner or for the champagne reception.

How much does the band cost?

The fee depends on the line up you hire, the length of the performance and the location of the event. Please contact Warble Entertainment for an accurate quote.

How long does it take for the band to set up?

45 - 60 minutes

How long does the band perform for?

Usually our standard sets are 2 x 45 minutes, however we can perform 3 x 40 minutes or 2 x 60 minutes.

Will the band play requests?

We usually play requests as long as the arrangement is available.

Will the band perform outside?

Yes, provided the weather is satisfactory (as long as it is dry and not too cold).

What equipment does the band have?

The band has a drum set an electric piano, guitar and double bass plus music stands

How much space does the band need?

5m by 6m approximately.

Will the band provide music inbetween their sets / during breaks?

Free! - We will arrange for music of a similar style to be played and are happy to bring along CD’s for you to use on your own CD player. Please let us know in advance...
