About

Alex, the lead singer, has studied for eight years classical percussion, jazz drums & guitar at Music University Graz/Austria, where he has gained a Master's degree. Since his relocation to England he has worked with many great musicians in British Jazz like guitarist Jim Mullen or saxophonists Bobby Wellins & Alan Barnes.

Guitarist Tony has dedicated his life to perfecting his art. He is very versitale and experienced in many musical styles. His tasteful solo lines are the perfect match for Alex's chordal guitar playing. 

The Great American Song Book provides the back bone of AT Swing's vast repertoire: songs by George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Rodgers & Hart, Harold Arlen and Irving Berlin played with a Swing or Latin rhythm that make you want to tap your foot.

    FAQs

    Do you need much space?
    As our sound equipment is quite compact, space never is an issue for us. A stage of 2 x 3 metres would be a minimum.

    We plan an outdoor party. Do you need a sheltered stage?
    As we use electrical equipment and very expensive instruments, we require protection from rain or extreme sun light. A sun roof or small marquee are usually sufficient.
