The Laser Harp is not the most conventional instrument. In fact we’re pretty certain it’s one of the most unique around! And that means that none of your guests will have seen it before! So if you’re really after that Wow-Factor, Future Harp could really be perfect for your event!

With only a few laser harps in Europe, we completely understand that you have a few questions. These FAQs and answers may help, but if you have any questions about how Future Harp could work for your event just ask your Warble agent!

How does The Laser Harp work?
We have a high-powered, English-built laser which projects beams vertically. When each beam is touched, it will play a note. Simple!

What music does Future Harp play?
From film scores and classical favourites to Ibiza anthems, Future Harp can give a high impact 10 minute performance, or play alongside a DJ to get everyone up and dancing!

How long does Future Harp play for?
Future Harpcan give a high impact 10-15 minute performance of film and classical music accompanied with stunning laser beams shining over the audience’s heads for a fully immersive experience. If you are interested in booking the Future Harp DJ option, the DJ will play for the entire evening, playing for up to 5 hours to have your guests up and dancing throughout the night! The laser harp would play for 3 x 15 minute sets over the night to give that incredibly unique twist to your party.

Can I request my favourite tunes?
At Future Harp, we try to make your event unique to you. If you get in touch with your requests, we will try our very best to feed them into our set. Some songs are not possible on the laser harp, but we will work closely with you to make the performance perfect for your event.

What does Future Harp require to work?
Lasers always look more impressive with Haze in the air. We provide water-based haze machines which cause no damage to venues and do not smell, like typical smoke machines. You will have to check with your venue that they allow Haze. If not, we can discuss the possibility of bringing along our laser mesh truss for a small additional cost, which allows for the beams to be visible without haze. The Laser Harp projects upwards and relies on sensors to play notes. This can mean that with a low ceiling, the laser harp will play itself, which unfortunately means that the player cannot control the sounds that it makes! Therefore, we ask for a ceiling height of around 12ft so that the laser harp can work perfectly for your event. Slightly lower ceilings can be adapted to work for the Laser Harp, and we are more than happy to chat to you about these options.

  • Usual Performance time is 1 x 10 - 12 minute performance.
  • The maximum for one event would be 4 x 10 - 12 minute shows.

Please Note: The fees indicated below are approximate and based on a central location for each county. They are intended to provide a rough guide only and exact quotes can only be given once the date and exact location of your event have been provided.
