Can I have some laid-back live music in the afternoon before the evening party band? Of course! For an additional fee, we can provide a 1-hour afternoon set by our Duo. This could be for a drinks reception or wedding breakfast. Feel free to check out our Lively Up Acoustic Duo profile page for videos and sound clips.
What is the difference between the two trio options? If you're looking for the classic trio experience with a super funky and soulful sound, our "Trio with bass" option is the one for you. If you're looking for something more exotic that will get your guests talking (but is no less danceable thanks to our 8-string guitar/bass), then go for our "Trio with congas" option.
Do you take song requests that aren't in your repertoire? Certainly! We do make a charge for learning songs as we need to learn and rehearse your chosen songs to fit our style.
Do you need any equipment? Only somewhere to plug in - we travel everywhere with our top-of-the-range PA and lighting system.
How much space do you need? We're very compact. The Quintet can fit into a space as small as 4m² and the Duo into 2m².
What happens in between sets? For evening performances, We are happy to provide music up until midnight when we're not performing, which means you have music right the way through your evening.
