FAQs

How long will Ember Nights perform for?
As standard, the band perform either 2x60 or 3x40 minute sets, depending on your event requirements.

Do the band provide their own equipment?
The band will arrive at your event complete with a PA system and lighting equipment - all included in their standard fee.

Will the band provide a DJ service?
Yes! Ember Nights provide a playlist DJ service included in their standard fee, which means music is covered all night even whilst the band take a break between sets. These are tried and tested playlists the band use to keep the atmosphere high whilst the band aren't on stage. You are more than welcome to request songs prior to your event and they will endeavour to include these for you.
There's even the option to upgrade to a manned DJ service if you'd like to make requests on the night!

Will the band learn our first dance song?
Absolutely! Wherever possible, Ember Nights will learn and perform not one, but two song requests, even if it's not in their repertoire. Perfect for your first dance!

Do the band offer any optional extras for during the day?
Yes - Ember Nights offer multiple daytime and acoustic performance options for you to add on to your booking, choose from:

• 1x60 minute Solo Vocal and Guitar set
• 1x60 minute Acoustic Duo set
• 1x60 minute Acoustic Trio set
• 1x60 minute Acoustic 4-Piece band set
• 1x45 minute Roaming 3-Piece band set
• Solo Aisle Walk performance
• Solo Register Signing performance
• Full Wedding Ceremony performance (including up to 20 minutes of Acoustic Duo + 1x song request)

Do Ember Nights offer any extras for their evening show?
Yes! Ember Nights can also provide a 45 minute Ibiza-style solo saxophone set - an unbeatable crowd-pleaser!

Are there any alternative line-up options?
Absolutely - add a stunning female vocalist and a keys player for enhanced versatility and an even bigger sound!

Can the band stay for longer?
Yes - the option to include a 12:30am or 1am late finish are available.

Can the band arrive earlier?
Ember Nights are very flexible and are happy to work to the needs of your event and arrive earlier (pre 5pm) for an extra fee.

How long do the band need to set up their equipment?
The band will need approximately 75 minutes to set up and sound check once they have arrived at the venue (depending on access to the performance area), followed by an additional 15 minutes to get changed before taking to the stage!

My venue has a sound limiter - will this be ok?
The band are very flexible and will do everything they can to work around any sound limitations at your venue. Please let the band know regarding this as soon as possible and they will advise.
