We give you a bespoke price based on the exact location of your event. The pricing below is based on a central location for your area so you have an idea of what your price will be. The exact price will be given in the booking process after you’ve provided the location details.
How long will Heads Up perform for?
As standard, the band perform either 2x60 or 3x40 minute sets, depending on your event requirements.
Can the band play for longer?
Yes - the option to include an extra 30 minute band set and a 1am late finish are available.
Do the band provide their own equipment?
The band will arrive at your event complete with a PA system and lighting equipment, included in their standard fee.
Will the band provide a DJ service?
Yes! Heads Up provide a playlist DJ service included in their standard fee, which means music is covered all night even whilst the band take a break between sets. These are tried and tested playlists the band use to keep the atmosphere high whilst the band aren't on stage. You are more than welcome to request songs prior to your event and they will endeavour to include these for you. There's even the option to upgrade to a manned or a pro DJ service if you'd like to make requests on the night!
Will the band learn our first dance song?
Absolutely! Wherever possible, Heads Up will learn and perform one song request for your first dance, even if it's not in their repertoire, with additional song requests available for a fee.
Do the band offer any optional extras?
Yes - Heads Up can also provide acoustic afternoon performances that would be perfect for drinks receptions and daytime events.
Can the band arrive earlier?
Heads Up are very flexible and are happy to work to the needs of your event and arrive earlier (pre 5pm) for an extra fee.
How long do the band need to set up their equipment?
The band will need approximately 90 minutes to set up and sound check once they have arrived at the venue (depending on access to the performance area), followed by an additional 15 minutes to get changed before taking to the stage!
My venue has a sound limiter - will this be ok?
The band are very flexible and will do everything they can to work around any sound limitations at your venue. Please let the band know regarding this as soon as possible and they will advise.
