Thanks to vocals from gifted and versatile front man Dean, Strictly Groove can perform songs from James Brown to Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars to Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles to Tina Turner and The Killers to KC and the Sunshine Band. Strictly Groove can also play unique medleys that will have you dancing non-stop!

The musicians have been part of several bands with years of experience and formed Strictly Groove to capture a style that will leave you amazed by how close to the original songs actually are.

I contacted Warble looking for a band to fill our main slot at the St Ishmaels Carnival Night celebrations on the 13th August. Nicola from Warble who took my call was very professional and friendly and took my details and requirements. Nicola came back with two band options. We chose Strictly Groove. To say we are extremely pleased with the band is an understatement. They were fantastic and had everyone dancing from the off. Dean the frontman is not only very talented but a gentleman. The sound quality was awesome and a set list performed superbly with hits from every genre, pleasing everyone who was at the gig. Thank you Warble, Nicola and Strictly Groove from one very satisfied customer.

    FAQs

    How much space do I need to provide the band?
    Strictly Groove is a three piece band with a small set up. We can fit onto small stage areas or corners of the room.

    What sets do the band play?
    You will normally get two 1 hour spots of live entertainment. Although we dont mind playing extra time for an additional fee. We have a large repertoire so can accomodate most requests.

    Do the band come with sound and lighting?
    Yes, We are fully self contained with our own PA and lighting.

    Can Strictly Groove take requests for my first dance?
    We also get asked to do first dance at weddings a lot. We are happy to learn first dance songs providing it suits the style we play and that enough notice is givn in advance.

    Can the band work with the venue's sound limiter?
    Yes, although you must let us know in advance if your venue has one of these.
