About

Over the years, The Ceilidh-Doos have shared the stage with acts such as Jack Penate, The Klaxons, Edith Bowman, Newton Faulkner and The Bombay Bicycle Club. The band's professional engagements include performing at the 2012/13 BBC Scotland Hogmanay Celebration.

The Ceilidh-Doos are professional musicians who have studied at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (formerly RSAMD), The Royal Northern College of Music and The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, all with a wealth of experience on the music scene.

The Ceilidh-Doos perform tight, exciting sets of good Scottish and Irish tunes, with dances which are called by Tom to ensure all your guests dance the night away.

    The Ceilidh-Doos Scottish ceilidh band package - perfect for any weddings, parties, corporate events or celebrations:

    • 4-hour hire (normally 8pm-midnight, with one or two breaks)
    • All dances called
    • All electrical equipment PAT-tested
    • Includes public liability insurance to £10 million
    • Includes use of PA equipment for disco with your own iPod (please note that disco is included in the hours of hire) - ask in advance
    • If it's your wedding, your choice of tune for first dance - ask in advance
    • Set-up should be 1 hour directly before the band play, as there is a charge for early set-ups
