The Mountaintops

We were looking for something a bit different and they are fantastic choice for anyone who loves rock and indie music. The band were friendly and everything ran smoothly. The dance floor was busy all night and so many friends have talked about how much they enjoyed the music and what a great choice of band they were. Was able to join them on stage for a song at the end of the night which will be a great memory for us and our guests.

Just wanted to say again a HUGE HUGE thanks for Saturday evening we LOVED every second of you guys just wish we had longer, but really was the best. We had so much feedback about how incredible as musicians you guys were. Just excellent! I couldn't get off the dance floor! Thanks again.

The Mountaintops made the reception! They were outstanding, my wife and I barely left the dance floor all night. Everyone I've spoken to pointed out the band as a highlight of the day, they were cool and so much fun. Thank you so much for everything it wouldn't have been the same without you, I could not recommend you enough a mark out of 5 would be 1000! The booking process was easy and very accommodating. Worth every penny thanks again, a truly spectacular performance.

We booked The Mountaintops to play our reception as well as the evening and we're so glad we did. Their lush semi-acoustic set provided the perfect backdrop to reception drinks. The mic for speeches broke halfway through my dad's but the lads rushed to the rescue with some of their kit so my dad could continue. My mum also gave them a secret mission to learn a traditional Polish celebratory song and they accompanied our guests in singing it. It was so special and funny. The band learned Tender by Blur for our first dance in a v short space of time and performed it beautifully. The set steadily built up steam so by the end of the night everyone was sweaty and flailing about the dancefloor with wild abandon. Who knew Hey Jude could be cranked up to be such a banger!! Enormous thanks to all of the band- what absolute legends. They were so easy to deal with, turned up on time, were lovely to all our guests, had a great aesthetic, played with energy for hours and hours - a stellar troupe of musicians!

Booked The Mountaintops for our wedding. They was truly incredible! Our guests were blown away. I was just in awe. Can't even put into words how talented they are. I looked for months, took longer to find this band than i did my dress! To find a band that actually plays and sings better than the original songs!!! Its madness! they are not famous. I want buy a c.d ! If you bring one out. You was all such lovely gentleman, i really hope to see you all again one day. The Mountaintops were the highlight of our party. They communicated well, arrived promptly and were charming. Their playing, singing, ability to gauge an audience and get them dancing is second to none. They wowed us and all our guests. Seeing them play was like stumbling on a secret gig from the sixties or seventies and feeling like you had discovered something truly unique, exciting and unforgettable. This band is awesome. From start to finish they smashed it. A busy wedding day was made much easier as they arrived on time and set up ready to start playing at the appropriate time. We were lucky with our weather, and the band took the initiative and set up for the afternoon set outside, which really worked well with how our day panned out. We also had the band play in the evening, where the tempo was increased and the volume too, much to the enjoyment of our guests, filling the dance floor all evening. If you are reading this review and looking for a great band with a solid playlist, you can't go wrong with The Mountaintops! An excellent group setting the vibe we wanted with seemingly effortless musical talent. Thank you!

We booked The Mountaintops for our wedding and were absolutely blown away by how amazing they were! They went above and beyond our expectations, such a talented group of musicians who really kept the party going. So many of our guests have said how great the band were - nobody wanted to leave the dance floor and it was still crowded for the last song! The fact that all four of them can sing means they've got a great repertoire and happily learnt a new song for our first dance, which sounded like something they'd played together for years. We chatted through what songs we do and don't like before the event and they were very accommodating. We sang with them for a few songs, too, and it was so much fun! Highly recommended for any event.

They went above and beyond to learn our own choice of first dance, and the setlist felt totally customised to us and our tastes. What can I say you were absolutely outstanding, people are still talking about our band and it felt like we were at your gig which is exactly what we wanted. You're all such lovely people and so very talented and just blew everyone away. The first song was epic and stopped our crowd in their tracks mostly raging that they hadn't thought of that for their first dances! The last song was poignant as a big Libertines fan, The Fleetwood Mac and Stones songs (and all the songs) were unreal. Gimme Shelter is my most favourite ever song but I never saw that on your repertoire and was in heaven when I heard it. Best band that played at a wedding ever, thank you for being amazing.

Just a note to say thanks for such a fantastic Saturday evening. You were absolutely superb and by far the highlight of the weekend. The band were absolutely phenomenal, they totally made our wedding! It was so easy to book through Warble and settle any early queries and the band were so responsive and accommodating as we got closer to the date. The Mountaintops are so talented - real musicians - and they helped us have the best party on the night. No request was too much, they were friendly, approachable and the venue were delighted with just how professional they all were. Not to mention that they played an absolute stormer of a set list and are just so versatile with their skills. If anyone was considering booking them I would 100% recommend them - 5/5 for sure! The Mountaintops are INCREDIBLE. We are a wedding venue and have seen hundreds of bands and DJs perform. The Mountaintops are among one of the best bands we have had the pleasure of hosting.

The Mountaintops were perfection. We really didn't want another 'wedding band' but equally we wanted a band that would be fun and cool and get everyone on the dance floor. The set list meant we had big expectations and they surpassed them. So, so many of our guests have told us how much they enjoyed the band and we could not have been happier. We did not leave the dance floor the entire evening, which was precisely the plan. Dancing our first dance to a live track was really special and as predicted the band smashed it. In the lead up to the wedding the band were really flexible and responsive. Thank you.

Pure 5 star. These guys are ridiculous musicians! The five of them put their heart and soul into the whole show. We were a little nervous about booking a band through the internet that we hadn't seen before. We are so glad we did. We will never forget The Mountaintops. Especially belting out wake up by arcade fire! If you are in any doubt, don't be - just book them.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to The Mountaintops. Before the wedding they were very easy to communicate and very accommodating with any song requests and equipment and noise level requests. They played an acoustic set for the meal which everyone absolutely loved. And then evening sets which really got the party going. A great band and lovely people.

From your instrumentals in the ceremony, to the chilled stripped back 3 piece during the ceremony, to rocking the place all night, you were superb! In terms of a review, in addition to the above, I could not recommend The Mountaintops enough, you are all such talented musicians and really know how to not only get the crown going, but keep them going!..... I lost count of the amount of people asking where I found the band, I heard nothing but positive superlatives to describe you. The range of music, quality of singing and playing..... just phenomenal! The Mountaintops were amazing, they made our wedding party and we couldn't have asked for a more talented band.
