We give you a bespoke price based on the exact location of your event. The pricing below is based on a central location for your area so you have an idea of what your price will be. The exact price will be given in the booking process after you’ve provided the location details.
How long will Folksmiths perform for?
As standard, the band perform 2x60 or 3x40 minute sets.
Do the band provide their own equipment?
The band will arrive at your event complete with a PA system and lighting equipment - all included in their standard fee.
Will the band provide a DJ service?
Yes! Folksmiths provide a playlist DJ service included in their standard fee, which means music will play between sets to keep everyone dancing the night away. You can upgrde to their manned DJ service if you'd like to be able to make requests.
Will the band learn our first dance song?
Absolutely! Wherever possible, Folksmiths will learn and perform one song request for your first dance, even if it's not in their repertoire!
Do the band offer any optional extras?
Yes - Folksmiths offer a range of optional extras. There is an acoustic set available for your drinks reception and an Ibiza-style sax or sax and percussion set available for your evening party.
How long do the band need to set up their equipment?
The band will need approximately 60 minutes to set up and sound check once they have arrived at the venue (depending on access to the performance area), followed by an additional 15 minutes to get changed before taking to the stage!
My venue has a sound limiter - will this be ok?
The band are very flexible and will do everything they can to work around any sound limitations at your venue. Please let the band know regarding this as soon as possible and they will advise.
