We booked Waverley for our wedding and they were just what we were after! Stunning lead vocals, great live band, beautiful sax, and they ensured everyone was having a good time up on the dance floor (my guests have not stopped talking about how good they were). Most importantly, they were happy to learn our first dance song, performing a beautiful rendition of 'Grow as we go' (Ben Platt), which was magical.

Waverley were honestly exceptional. We have had many people say they were the best wedding band they've ever heard and we would agree! We had Waverley play at our wedding a couple of months ago and we could not recommend them enough. They were really flexible with timings on the day (we had an unusual set up) and they just got down to it. They brought amazing energy to the evening and kept people dancing the entire time. What can we say...... Waverley were amazing! The band joined us for our woodland wedding celebration under a tipi and WOW!! While the sun was shining late afternoon and when the rain poured in the evening, the dance floor was full the entire time! They already had a recommended playlist that they said was tried and tested which worked a treat and had a manned DJ the rest of the time with a playlist we created from our guest requests! Lovely chatty guys with quick responses to all my emails, would definitely recommend!! Thank you so much!

Matt and the Waverley band were brilliant. 5/5! Communication in the lead up to the event was fantastic, and we felt like we had a plan for how we wanted our first dance to go, with the band kicking off the party straight after. The dance floor was filled the entire night, with Waverley playing a fantastic mix of songs to suit all tastes. Since the wedding, we've had so many guests mention that the band was a highlight of their night, and how amazing they sounded. We'd definitely recommend Waverley!

FAQs

How long will Waverley perform for?
As standard, the band perform 2x60 or 3x40 minute sets.

Do the band provide their own equipment?
The band will arrive at your event complete with a PA system and lighting equipment - all included in their standard fee.

Will the band provide a DJ service?
Yes! Waverley provide a playlist DJ service included in their standard fee, which means music will play between sets to keep everyone dancing the night away. You can upgrade to their manned DJ service if you'd like to be able to make requests.

Will the band learn our first dance song?
Absolutely! Wherever possible, Waverley will learn and perform one song request for your first dance, even if it's not in their repertoire!

Do the band offer any optional extras?
Yes - Waverley offer a fab range of optional extras. There is an acoustic duo set available for your drinks reception and a vibrant Ibiza-style sax set is also available for your evening party.

How long do the band need to set up their equipment?
The band will need approximately 75 minutes to set up and sound check once they have arrived at the venue (depending on access to the performance area), followed by an additional 15 minutes to get changed before taking to the stage!

My venue has a sound limiter - will this be ok?
The band are very flexible and will do everything they can to work around any sound limitations at your venue. Please let the band know regarding this as soon as possible and they will advise.
