Our wedding bands are absolute pros when it comes to keeping your dance floor overflowing all night long, and for this reason we strongly recommend leaving the song choices to them. They’ll know exactly when to pull out an absolute banger to keep your guests dancing the night away until curfew. 

And don’t forget - most bands will also learn your first dance or a special song just for you, free of charge. This is an excellent way to make your celebration absolutely unique to you, and trust us when we say that a live performance of your special song makes your first dance experience even more poignant and magical.

Your Cotswold wedding band is likely to perform for two hours in total, usually as 2x 60 minute sets. You can normally also choose to enjoy 3x 40 minute sets instead if this suits your timetable better. The first set will start straight after your first dance and we’d recommend leaving this until at least 8pm, or even later to ensure the ultimate party atmosphere.

Most bands will arrive at around 5 or 6pm to complete their setup. Once this is done they'll be ready to rock! Depending on when you choose to start their performance, they will usually take you right up until midnight.

Don’t worry! Just because your band are taking a breather, it doesn’t mean the music stops. Your band will provide a playlist DJ service with preset songs to play to your crowd to keep the fun levels high between and after sets. Many will provide optional upgrades such as a manned DJ service so you can make requests, or even a full pro-DJ set up! Band prices vary greatly depending on how many members there are, how far they have to travel, their level of experience and of course, their popularity!
