Lorna Sings

Just a quick email to thank you for making Becky and Luke's wedding that little bit more special. A lot of people were commenting on your voice, and to get people on the dance floor at 6 takes a bit of doing. So once again thank you very much. Kevin.

I contacted Lorna with regards to live singing and DJ service for our baby girl's 1st birthday celebration party at The Shay stadium in Halifax. Our daughter died last October two weeks before her due date so the celebration was going to be a very intimate and meaningful evening full of love. From my first contact with her, she was not only extremely professional with arrangements but on a personal level Lorna showed care, compassion and a true desire for our baby girl and to make the evening as special as possible. Everyone who attended has nothing but praise for her and she brought a tear to many with her exceptional vocals. For any future events / functions we will only use Lorna and from ourselves and Kallipateira-thank you. Amazing voice and a genuine lovely person.

We booked Lorna for our Lodge Christmas party in December. We are so pleased that we did. She sang beautifully throughout the evening and we would have no hesitation in asking her to perform for us again. A delightful person.

Lorna sang during my wedding ceremony and drinks reception in February this year. Her voice was absolutely stunning and brought so much emotion to the afternoon. Many people approached me with compliments on how beautiful she sounded, and I only wish I had been able to hear her sing more (as I was outside having my photos taken)! I recently tuned in to her couch concert and couldn't help but think if only I had known of her outstanding classical voice!!! She was easy to get in touch with and answered all my queries without a fuss and I didn't need to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to have a singer at their wedding

Lorna sang for us at our garden party in May, it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary. She has the most amazing voice, everyone at our party commented the morning after how much they had enjoyed listening to her. To our surprise, Lorna even learnt our wedding song. Thank you so much for everything on Saturday, the mix of music was fantastic and you have an amazing voice! So many of our guests commented to us about how brilliant you were; one of them even wanted to book you for her daughter's 18th birthday! We were very pleased with the set list, and I think you'll agree that we had many friends and family who were willing to drop their inhibitions and dance the night away, the dance floor was regularly packed which was just how we wanted it to be. I would like to thank you on behalf of Jenny and I for your absolutely wonderful performance at our wedding on Saturday! Sorry for the late contact but we took advantage of a few days away ourselves after the excitement of the wedding. I just wanted to say that Lorna was an absolute hit at the wedding. She was brilliant. She made it a very personal performance, mingling with the guests who were almost all on the dance floor all night. Lorna is indeed a very individual performer with massive career opportunities ahead of her. Please pass on our sincere thanks and gratitude to her.

WOW WOW WOW, didn't you make our day, the praise, comments, just sheer appreciation for the performance you gave. After eating a lot ,drinking a lot and listening to some boring speeches you swept on like a breath of fresh air and lifted the whole atmosphere. Very well done, it was worth every penny we spent. A couple of geriatrics in the corner said, "thats easy, she is just miming to a CD"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think you will get some repeat business as a few did ask who you were, I hope you do.
