Metropolitan Strings is a professional, versatile string ensemble who have been performing together for 10 years and can perform as a string quartet, trio, duo or even a small string orchestra.
With a fast-growing reputation for lively performances of their modern pop and famous tv/movie theme tunes, they have been the ensemble of choice for many award ceremonies, celebrity parties and special events taking place in and around London and have now set up a sister-ensemble in Los Angeles, California.
With an unrivalled variety and range of music in their repertoire, they are able to cater for all tastes and ages. Their music ranges from genres such as; Classical, Jazz, Pop, Tv/Movie Themes, Disney, Musicals, Bollywood, Persian and more!
Metropolitan Strings prides itself on being able to perform for almost any kind of event, including Jewish, Persian and Indian weddings, large-scale corporate events and private parties. They can also take special music requests and if there is a song that does not already feature on their extensive song list, we can either acquire the pre-existing sheet music or have the song especially arranged by their in-house music arranger.
