Listening to Rachel play the harp is simply magical. There aren't quite words to describe what you feel every time a chord is played, but it’s as if you're suddenly overcome with a beautiful sense of peace. It’s just divine. Thank you, Rachel, for a time well spent.

We give you a bespoke price based on the exact location of your event. The pricing below is based on a central location for your area so you have an idea of what your price will be. The exact price will be given in the booking process after you’ve provided the location details.
What time will you arrive at the venue?
At least an hour before the booking is due to start. This gives me plenty of time to set up, tune up and change in to my colour-matching gown.
Will you need refreshments?
Just a glass of water or a coffee will normally do nicely, but you don't need to worry about that, I'll ask the staff when I arrive. If the booking is a long one then a sandwich is really appreciated.
Do you need to take a break?
Yes, I usually play for 50 minutes then take a ten minute break. So if for example you have me booked for three hours I'd take two breaks within that time.
Do you play outside?
I'm very happy to play outside as long as the weather is warm, dry and not windy, but please make sure you arrange this with me in advance. My harp can get damaged in hot sun so we'll need to make sure some adequate shade is available, usually the venue will have a gazebo or large parasol I can set up under.
Do you learn requests?
Absolutely! Nearly any tune is possible, just ask.
The venue has asked me if you have Public Liability Insurance - what do I need to do about that?
I do have PLI. The easiest thing is if you give the venue my contact details and I can deal with them directly and send them a copy of my certificate.
Is the harp loud enough in larger venues?
The harp has a lovely, rich acoustic sound and carries well. For bigger bookings I provide my own amplification so the harp can be heard whatever the size of your event.
