FAQs

How long will Rooftop Groove perform for?
As standard, the band perform either 2x60 or 3x40 minute sets, depending on your event requirements. Please let us know if other timings would work better for your event.

Can the band play for longer?
Yes - the options to include an extra 30 minute band set and a late band or DJ service finish are available. You can also add on their acoustic daytime duo set, perfect for drinks receptions.

Do the band provide their own equipment?
They will arrive at your event complete with a PA system and stage lighting - all included in their standard fee.

Will they provide a DJ service?
Yes! Rooftop Groove provide a playlist DJ service included in their standard fee, which means music is covered all night even whilst the band take a break between sets. These are tried and tested playlists they use to keep the atmosphere high. There's even the option to upgrade to a manned DJ service, meaning that someone will be on hand to take requests throughout the night.

Will the band learn our first dance song?
Absolutely! Wherever possible, Rooftop Groove will learn and perform one song request for your first dance, even if it's not in their repertoire.

Do Rooftop Groove offer any optional extras?
Yes - the band offer the option of adding male vocals. Rooftop Groove also provide a daytime acoustic duo performance that would be perfect for drinks receptions and daytime events! Why not upgrade to their all day package, and have your ceremony and drinks reception covered? You can also add an extra 30-minute evening set, meaning you'll hear even more of their incredible sound.

Can the band arrive earlier?
Rooftop Groove are very flexible and are happy to work to the needs of your event and arrive earlier (pre 5pm) for an extra fee.

My venue has a sound limiter - will this be ok?
The band are very flexible and will do everything they can to work around any sound limitations in place at your venue! Please let us know as soon as possible and we can advise on this.
