We give you a bespoke price based on the exact location of your event. The pricing below is based on a central location for your area so you have an idea of what your price will be. The exact price will be given in the booking process after you’ve provided the location details.
How long will Smart Tones perform for?
As standard, the band perform 2x60 or 3x40 minute sets, depending on your event requirements.
Do Smart Tones provide their own equipment?
The band will arrive at your event complete with a PA system and lighting equipment - both included in their standard fee.
Will the band provide a DJ service?
Yes! Smart Tones provide a manned DJ service when they are not on stage, included in their standard fee. This is where a member of the band will stay with the DJ system throughout the event, ready to take your song requests and switch up the music styles to keep everyone dancing.
Will the band learn our first dance song?
Absolutely! Wherever possible, Smart Tones will learn and perform one song request for your first dance, even if it's not in their repertoire.
Do the band offer any optional extras?
Yes - Smart Tones offer the option to add an acoustic solo or duo set to liven up your daytime festivities and the option to add a romantic ceremony performance. You can also add sax to the main band lineup for a 4-piece with an even more dynamic sound.
How long do the band need to set up their equipment?
Smart Tones will need approximately 60 minutes to set up and sound check once they have arrived at the venue (depending on access to the performance area), followed by an additional 15 minutes to get changed before taking to the stage!
My venue has a sound limiter - will this be ok?
The band are very flexible and will do everything they can to work around any sound limitations at your venue. Please let them know about this as soon as possible and they will advise.
