How much does it cost?
We pride ourselves on our flexibility and are proud to say we can provide entertainment to suit most budgets. Our fee is based per performer, so the more performers you require the higher the overall fee. We recommend 3 to 5 performers depending on the size of your event. Many of our performers are multiskilled and can offer a range of acts as well as stage performances and walkabout/ mix and mingle performernces too, all for just one fee.
We want a character not listed as part of the package, can you arrange it?
You would be surprised at the range of character options we are able to provide as a package for you, too many to list all in one place. If you have a specific chracter in mind, just let us know.
Can you provide decorations?
Yes, for an additional fee we can provide decorations and props. Why not enquire about our props and decor package which can include a 7ft tall “This way, That way” signpost, playing card bunting, ornate solid silver tea pot props, oversized tea cups and saucers props, and an astro-turf walkway so your guests can enter Wonderland in style.
I just want characters walking around my venue, can you do that?
Yes, we are more than happy to walkaround your venue and interact with your guests; they can play a game of flamingo croquet with Alice and the Red Queen, have their head measured for a new top hat by the Mad Hatter, watch in amazement at the mesmerising bubble creations of Absolum the Caterpillar and more.
What will the stage show involve?
We have a large number of skills in our arsenal, however some skills are better suited to certain characters mainly due to costume limitations. Your stage show can include a range of acts such as fire eating, contortion, acrobatics, LED displays, bubbleology, aerial, juggling and more. If you would prefer to choose your desired characters we can suggest some stage act options, or alternativley, if you would like to choose the stage acts you desire we are happy to suggest characters that are capable of performeing them.
Will the entertainers be covered by Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, all performers provided have PLI coverage for up to £10,000,000 pounds.
Do you provide a PA system?
Our standard package does not include a PA system hire, however we are happy to use a PA system provided by the venue. Our walkabout performances do not require a PA system, however our stage show does. If you would like us to bring our own PA system, this can be arranged at an additional cost. This would have to be discussed at the time of booking.
Do you provide a stage and backdrop?
Our standard package does not include a stage and backdrop hire, however we are happy to use a stage, dance floor or performance area provided by the venue. If you would like us to bring our own stage and backdrop, this can be arranged at an additional cost. This would have to be discussed at the time of booking.
We would like a stage show, how many performers do you recommend?
For a 45 minute stage show we recommend a cast of 3 to 5 performers, exactly which characters they are is entirly your choice.
- If you would like only walkabout / interactive meet & greet sets, these are 4 x 20 minute sets per performer.
- Alternatively, stage shows are available. For 1 x 45 minute show, it is recommended a cast of 3 to 5 performers, exactly how many and which characters is entirely your choice, after all it's YOUR show!
- The stage show can run as a continuous show, or be split up into multiple stage shows throughout the event.
