Pop Centric

We were looking for a band with a sax player and that would keep the party going, and Pop Centric did just that. Pop Centric took our song preferences and created a fantastic playlist, they had people dancing from the first dance until they had to pack up at the end of the night. They were quiet and subtle setting up in the marquee whilst the speeches were taking place, and very professional all evening. We'd highly recommend.

Pop Centric really set the evening off and provided a fantastic selection of music for all ages. Their repertoire is extensive and varied and their set up and combined singing and instrument skills allow them to reproduce the sounds of all their songs. We loved their interaction with everyone at the wedding and they visibly got into the swing of the party. We would highly recommend them to anyone else planning a party or wedding.

We're often told just how great our wedding was and how it stood out. The highlight everyone mentions however was just how great our band was. One of our guests loved them soo much they immediately booked Pop Centric for their own wedding later that year.

Loved the varied set list for this band; very professional throughout with their communication; loved their version of our first dance song; we had their second singer of choice who was still amazing; interacted well with the guests; everyone commented on how good the band were.

The lead singer was ridiculously good (I can't stress this enough), and the rest of the band provided an absolutely flawless accompaniment. The song banks they crafted were meticulously put together allowing for seamless transitions through songs, so as not to lose the mood on the dance floor. They exceeded all expectations we had for them, and I would highly recommend them to any and every one.

Great Communication, everything covered with us before the event. Covered everything with the venue also, and were setup without us having to worry about anything performance was fantastic, very professional and engaging. We asked to get the party started for 2nd set and they surely delivered, dance floor was filled. All Guests have only good things to say completed everything to our specification and accommodated for any changes Very Happy we hired, and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Pop Centric were absolutely fantastic. They were great to work with in the run up to the wedding, very professional and organised. They played brilliantly, had everyone dancing, and really contributed to a fantastic night.

I was very impressed with the amount of time that Paul spent getting to understand what we wanted, the type of music, timings etc. The music was one of the best bits of the day and a number of our guests commented afterwards that they felt very energised by the lively music, it made them want to get on the dancefloor and if they were getting married again they would ask to use the same band! I also thought the rendition of the first dance was very personal, professional and well delivered.

Fantastic to deal with from start to finish - went over and above to make our reception perfect, great comms and info in the run up to the wedding so we didn't have to worry or ask any questions as everything was addressed. Everyone was so impressed with the performance and were commenting after the wedding about the experience and atmosphere they provided. Absolutely made the reception! our first dance was amazing too, with recordings sent before the day to check it was how we wanted it!

I cannot thank the band enough for their spectacular contribution to my parents 40th wedding anniversary celebration. Every guest remarked how wonderful their performance was and I did not notice one person who was not singing and or dancing along to the songs. They surpassed our expectations without a doubt and made the occasion special and memorable. I would book them again on a heartbeat.

Pop Centric were an outstanding band to have at our wedding. They brought enthusiasm, excellent performance and brilliant music to the evening, and made the day finish perfectly. The musicians all played brilliantly and the singer had a wonderful voice which seemed to work well with any song she sang. They were also very professional and personable to work with. All of our guests praised their performance and asked us where we found such a great band. They were the best band we could find on the website - their ablities were clearly superior to the other options.

Pop Centric are an absolutely fantastic band. We can't praise them highly enough for their level of professionalism and of course for providing such memorable music on the night of our wedding. The dance floor was packed all night and we have received nothing but compliments for the band from our guests since the big day. Their rendition of N-Trance "Set you free" as our first dance is one of the highlights of the wedding for us!

From the minute we booked them until the last song at our wedding, Pop Centric were incredible. They were excellent value for money but in hindsight we would have been prepared to have paid 10 times more for them because they were so good. I could not recommend Pop Centric highly enough - we were aware that booking a band without seeing them play live was risky but this band more than lived up to our expectations and made our wedding reception so much fun. We had lots of compliments from our guests and loved the fact that we were able to pick our favourite songs which were performed so wonderfully by the band. Paul was so friendly and easy to work with in the lead up to our wedding which also really helped. Our only regret was that we had the band for a 2 hour set and not a 3 hour set!

We could not have been more pleased with our decision to choose Pop Centric for our wedding. They have been extremely professional from the initial meeting to the performance on the night. They accommodated all of our requests, with changes to the timings of the set, and managed to perform amazingly in a relatively small room. The performance itself was outstanding, with several of our guests commenting even days later how good the band had been, and they had everyone on the dance floor which is exactly what we were hoping for. They are also punctual, and extremely accessible, responding promptly to emails. I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for last night - you guys were absolutely amazing! You got everyone dancing constantly, everyone loved it. The whole experience has been fantastic from the moment of booking to the performance. You were super accommodating when we were running behind schedule, took it all in your stride.

We hired the band for our wedding day, and honestly couldn't sing their praises any higher. We paid for the additional brass section and also for the photo booth service they provided. Both were absolutely worth the money, and added real value to our day. Paul was a real pleasure and always contactable in the build up to the wedding. He accommodated our requests and was always super quick to respond to any queries we had. On the day, they were extremely discreet in the set-up and brought real energy to their set. The second set (after all the guests had had a few more beverages?) kept the dance floor filled, and the band's sound was honestly impeccable. Great Band, highly recommended prior to the event the band got in contact and everything was covered, great communication. On the day, everything was setup and ready to go (without any of our intervention) they covered everything with the venue and made our life very easy. The performance was fantastic and very professional, they were engaging with the audience, and all our guests had nothing but good things to say about them. When we asked them to get the party started for the 2nd set they surely delivered, and the dance floor was filled. Booked Pop Centric for our office winter party. Paul helped organise everything, and was extremely quick to reply to any messages/queries. On the day the band made sure everything was in place for when guests arrived, and were able to read the room well as to what music should be played. They were very professional, punctual and organised themselves well with little input from ourselves. The musicians were great and performed to a high standard! Would definitely recommend them for any event if you want a high quality performance to run smoothly!

Pop Centric were every bit as good as their demo videos. Very high musical standards and tight arrangements of the greatest tunes, they kept everyone dancing on their feet all night. The compliments of how good they are kept coming all evening, we were very impressed and very pleased to have them as the main focus of evening entertainment for our wedding. The band had clear communication throughout the booking process and were very responsive to all of our queries.

Wow! Do not hesitate to book Paul and his band; They made our wedding party; everyone kept talking about how great they were! What a truly wonderful experience to have Pop Centric along at our event! We requested quite last minute as we were let down by another group, but Paul and the team were quick at responding and getting to understand our unique event. Bringing together nearly 300 elderly and vulnerable people on Christmas Day was a huge undertaking and without Pop Centric I'm not sure if we would have managed to capture the same joyful, festive spirit of the day. We've had nothing but wonderful feedback from all our guests and we hope to see them again in the future. If you're on the fence about hiring them, please don't hesitate. They're simply a joy to work with.

Britain's got talent! That was one of many positive comments we received about Pop Centric after our wedding on 6 June 2015. It was one hell of a party with this band. They brought an unexpected level of professionalism and quality. Paul the band manager was incredibly accommodating to all of our needs. The band was fantastic! We created a festival and they came to perform as our headliner. Beautiful lead singer Amy stole the show with her looks and amazing voice. Many guests stayed and watched as she helped her colleagues disconnect cables after their performance. I have to thank the whole band for allowing us (bride and groom) and guests (one of which grabbed the mic at one stage) go completely crazy during the party. Their performance of 'Waiting all Night' by Rudimental is fast becoming the theme song of our wedding! I could keep going on for a while, but I think you got the gist: 5 out of 5 for sure.

Pop Centric performed at my significant birthday party and I was delighted with every aspect of their performance. The sound was great, they looked great and everybody was up dancing without any prompting. What was so comforting for me personally was that I felt absolutely at ease with Paul’s professionalism and responsible management of the musical entertainment from the moment we made the booking to the dismantling at the end of the night. I think that when you have so much else to cater for at an event of your own, it is so helpful to have the level of reassurance that was offered and I was always able to get in contact whenever I needed to. This band were fantastic and I recommend them to everyone I meet!
