About

Formed in 2018, this act consists of three seasoned professionals who have performed all over the world. From West End stages and UK tours to stages in South Africa, Canada, USA, China, Israel and Europe.

Influenced by all the greats, from Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers to Gene Kelly, The Nicholas Brothers and many more, The Tappin' Chaps have created a vibrant, energetic, rhythmical bonanza, capable of wowing any audience.

The Tappin' Chaps can offer different lengths and styles of their act, from a 10-minute set to a full 45-minute show. With different styles, they can enhance any theme. From classic, top hat and tails to a more modern edge, these chaps can do it all!

These Chaps can blend into your event looking like a waiter and then all of a sudden start tap dancing surprising your guests. These Chaps will certainly leave your guest talking about how incredilbe they are for the rest of the night!

It is hard to sum up just how incredible the Tappin' Chaps were at our party. It was an unusual ask being a party to celebrate a birthday for someone who is terminally ill but we wanted an act that would be uplifting and fun and really lift the room. We couldn't have asked for more with their high energy and fun performance, wonderful attitude and just fantastic dancing. The audience participation was spot on too. They gave 200% and lifted the roof off the room with everyone on their feet at the end. Thanks guys for an incredible performance - you were what people were still talking about at the end of the evening … "incredible", "never seen anything like it", "just wonderful".     FAQs

    What do the prices include?
    The fee quoted in the prices section is for 2 male Tap dancers. Once location and dates are confirmed an accurate fee will be given. Minimum dancers required is 2 for the 10 minute set. 

    Is all travel included?
    All travel is included in the price apart from any SCOTLAND events. These shall be quoted once location is confirmed and then which is the easiest form of transport to event.

    Do I need to provide accommodation?
    Our Chaps will travel the UK without the need of accommodation, unless the event is taking place in these following locations, then overnight accommdation will be required which isn't in the initial quote.

    Is there any flooring requirements? 
    NO carpet or tiled flooring. Client should check with venue if flooring is suitable for tap dancing on.

    Will I need to provide PA?
    Yes, we DO NOT provide a PA or sound system. Our music will be available on CD/iPod or can be emailed as mp3 files if required.
