How much does it cost?
Prices provided are rough estimates. Your final quote depends on travel costs, accommodation and other details. Please enquire with Warble to get a quote specific to your needs and event location.

Do we need a stage to do this act?
No - any level clear surface like a dance floor also works. Also, we can bring our top hat stage to make a visual splash at your event.

How much room do you need to perform?
This depends on what we do for you.  For the full show, a clear performance space (i.e. nothing sitting on it other than props for this show) usually needs to be about 5 metres wide and 4 metres deep. For ease of viewing, it is preferable for the audience to be seated to the front / front sides of the stage.

How much time do you need to set up and load in?
This also depends on what we do for you.  Access to the venue usually 2-4 hours before audience arrive in the performance area. During this time we build our equipment and conduct a technical rehearsal with crew. Have less time than this? Just ask what we can do!

Are there other stage and audience tips?
Ceiling height above performance floor at least 2.5 metres for the Stage Show, or minimum 4 metres if we perform on our top hat stage.

What about rehearsal for lighting and sound:
For the Stage Show, it is essential that 60 minutes of technical rehearsal be booked with the lighting and sound crew, to begin no less than 90 minutes before audience enters performance space. 

What do we do about lighting?
The client needs to ensure the performance area is well lit.

How about sound?
For the Stage Show, the venue, client or organizer need to provide sound equipment and someone to oversee it during the show. Microphones provided by the Act.

Are there other facilities that need to be provided?
Warm private dressing room with mirror.

Can they do outdoor performances?
Yes the Top Hat Act is perfect outdoors and is fully equipped with battery operated equipment.
