A musician and singer from the age of six, Sophia grew up in a family with music at its heart. She is a natural performer and her love for it shines through. For almost 20 years, she has travelled and performed at hundreds of diverse events, including royal performances, corporate and private occasions, sharing her music with people all over the world. From New Delhi, India, throughout Europe and all over the UK, her experience is wide and varied.

It was always a dream of mine to have a harp at my wedding – you fulfilled that dream and then some! Thank you for your wonderful music, it made our day even more special.

Sophia played at our wedding a couple of weeks ago and was absolutely fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble for her, she didn’t do the song that we wanted to walk down the aisle to so learned it especially and she completely nailed it! Her voice is stunning and the harp just adds so much emotion and class. All of our guests commented on how good she was! 10/10 - highly recommend.

Sophia was so easy and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had so many compliments about her beautiful voice and harp playing – she even played an amazing version of our favourite song ‘Perfect’ (Ed Sheeran) and brought a tear to everyone’s eye. We couldn’t have wished for a more magical soundtrack to our wedding.
We give you a bespoke price based on the exact location of your event. The pricing below is based on a central location for your area so you have an idea of what your price will be. The exact price will be given in the booking process after you’ve provided the location details.
Does she have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, Certificates can be supplied upon booking.
Can you play anything on the harp? Can I have a special request?
You can choose your ceremony music and I will always try to learn your special requests if there's time, although not everything works the harp. I play a selection from my wedding music for your drinks reception and wedding breakfast.
Does Sophia play a solo instrumental set without vocals?
Sophia has developed her repertoire over the years featuring her voice so I'm afraid a harp-only set longer than 20mins is not possible.
Is there background music available in between your sets?
Yes, as I mic up my vocal/harp, I can also play generic background music playlists through the speaker when not playing.
How long is she there on the day?
For your ceremony, I will be ready to play 15 - 20mins before your ceremony, to welcome your guests. I play for your Processional, for the signing of the register, then for your Recessional, as a couple. For Reception Drinks, I play for an hour. For the wedding breakfast, I play for 2 x 45mins, fitting in around speeches.
What time will you arrive at the venue?
1-1.5hrs before the booking is due to start. This gives me plenty of time to set up, tune up and change.
Will you need refreshments?
Just a glass of water or a coffee will normally do nicely, but you don't need to worry about that, I'll ask the staff when I arrive. If the booking is a long one then a sandwich is appreciated.
Do you need to take a break?
Yes, during a Reception, I would take a short break halfway through.
Do you play outside?
I'm very happy to play outside as long as the weather is warm, dry and not windy, but it's always a good idea to arrange this beforehand so that we can look at an appropriate spot where shade is available. The sun can damage my harp and, as I am amplified, the rain isn't a good idea either! Venues usually have something to offer, e.g. a gazebo
Is the harp loud enough in larger venues?
As I sing in a lot of my repertoire, I always mic up the harp and my voice which helps with larger rooms or bigger crowds.
