About

The Latin Tree bring Latin flavour to the party, with the Spanish singer Kay at the front of the band. The band also has English, Italian, and Jamaican roots, which adds an international and unique personality to the music they perform.

Their repertoire is eclectic to say the least, covering classic acts such as Van Morrison, Eric Clapton and other artists like Jamiroqui, Bob Marley, Shakira, Santana, Gloria Stefan and even Whitesnake, always with their own unique twist.

The Latin Tree can offer different line-ups to suit any event or party. From a simple acoustic guitar duo, to a trio with percussion and sax, or full electric band. The full band can include vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards, saxophone and drums.

We wanted our wedding evening reception to be a relaxed affair where our guests could mingle, not have their conversations drowned out by loud music, but instead be entertained by a quality band with a repertoire that would suit all ages. The Latin Tree fitted the bill absolutely perfectly. Kay's beautiful voice, Glenn's accomplished yet laid-back guitar work, Andy's skillful bass lines, and Guy's wonderful percussion were an absolute delight from beginning to end. Many of our guests have since told us that they really enjoyed them, as indeed did we. Moreover, we were so pleased that those who just wanted to listen could simply listen while those that wanted to dance had a great time on the dance floor. The Latin Tree are absolutely perfect as a band and such incredibly nice people too. We are highly delighted that we were lucky enough to have them play at our wedding.
